                - the venue can accommodate up to 100 person
                - rental is P 1, 300.00 for the first 2 hours and P 600.00 per hour succeeding

        Vicente Hall
                - the venue can accommodate up to 100 person
                - rental is P 1, 300.00 for the first 2 hours and P 600.00 per hour succeeding

        Tico's bar
                - located at the second floor of the building wherein you can unwind.
                - this can accommodate 35 persons conducive for seminars and workshops
                - rental is P 700.00 for the first 2 hours and P 350.00 per hour succeeding

        Rooftop
                - located at the 4th floor of the building
                - it can accommodate a maximum of 250 person
                - rental is P 3,000.00 for the first 2 hours and P 1,500.00 per hour succeeding
